Beau Rivage Building is located after the famous “Sainte Devote” turn, right on the way up to the Casino, rare zone of overtaking of the circuit, you will be able to live unforgettable moments from the apartment at the time of the braking in the Ste Devotes’ corner and the acceleration in the way up to the Casino, but also thanks to the panoramic view throughout the whole race (the in and out, the “S” of the swimming pool…). Recommended to the lovers of great thrills!

You will have thus an exceptional view of the departure and as well as on the arrival of the pilots but also on the pit exit and throughout the race thanks to the panoramic view from this apartment. (docks, «S» shaped turns of the pool, curve Anthony Noghès). It is located just above the pole position and Price’s Loge where HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco hands over the trophy. ​

The yachts are located in the main port of Monaco, just a few meters from the circuit in the heart of the action! Our 40-meter yacht, is moored at the edge of the "Quai des Etats Unis wharf"(Zone 1), with a view directly on the entrance to the so-called "tobacco office" bend and on the giant screen (or equivalent next location) decision of the Monegasque authorities).
