The building “Ermanno Palace” is the last building on the departure/arrival straight line, located in the middle of the circuit at the corner of the boulevard Albert 1st and Grimaldi street, right above the “Sainte Devote” turn. You will thus profit from a unique sight including the near total of the circuit, including a splendid point of view on the departure and the first Sainte Devotes’ turn, one of most spectacular one of the race, guaranteeing extreme sensations but also throughout the race through panoramic view from this apartment. (Chicane, S, Giant screen...) The apartment can accommodate from 60 persons (or separate in two groupes from 12/15 to 48/45 persons). The rooms gives access to a large terrace fit out for your group.

To start this exceptional weekend, you are greeted by our hostesses for breakfast on the terrace and then our quality caterer will take care of all your culinary desires for a VIP lunch with wine, champagne and soft drinks open bar. 8, 10 or 12 places setting table can be booked for groups. Each guest will have a pass issued by public safety to access the permises.
